How to plan a Bachelorette in Berlin

Planning a bachelorette party in Berlin can be an exciting and daunting task. But don't worry, as an American I have been to many bachelorette parties, and I have been living in Berlin for over 4 years so I can share my top tips for planning the perfect bachelorette party in Berlin. Which of course also includes a private wine tasting experience with Visa de Vino that will leave you and your friends with unforgettable memories. Think "Bubbles for the Bride" or Rosé All Day.

Step 1: Decide on a theme and itinerary

The first step in planning any bachelorette party is to decide on a theme and itinerary. Berlin has plenty of options to choose from, whether you want to explore the famous nightlife, check out the food scene, indulge in spa treatments, try out a german spa experience (just note it will be textile free), or explore the history and culture. Once you have a rough idea of what you want to do, it's time to start creating a detailed itinerary.

Step 2: Book accommodations

Try to pick a neighborhood that is around where you plan to do a lot of your activities, or that has the vibe you are looking for since Berlin is a big and diverse city. If you are not sure, you can always go with Mitte and near public transport, as Mitte is the city center. There are lots of options on Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.

Step 3: Plan activities

Now it's time for the fun stuff planning meals and activities. Of course my top recommendation is going to be to kick off your day or evening with a custom bachelorette wine tasting experience with Visa de Vino. In additional  Berlin offers plenty of other options such as walking tours, cooking classes, spa days (just remember they are naked), food tours, museums, art galleries etc. Make sure to book your activities in advance as this city books out!

Step 4: Plan Meals

Berlin runs on reservations, so make sure you make them in advance. Especially since you are going to be a bigger group, if you have a specific place you want to go make sure you reserve early.  If you didn't make reservations or need something casual check out some of the food halls which have open seating and different restaurants to choose from.

Step 5: Have fun and capture the memories.

Think about maybe having a collaborative playlist where everyone shares 2-3 songs that remind them of the bride, a shared album where everyone shares their favorite memories and have it playing on the background, or have her fiancé answer some questions about her in advance. Also don't forget to capture the memories wether that means having a "photo booth"or a polaroid camera to take pictures throughout the weekend. There are tons of ways to make this memorable for your bride.
