What’s included in the weekend.
I’ve been wanting to try putting together a little wine weekend for a while, so this is the trial run with a fun first group.
Don’t expect perfection. Expect your friend planning a really good trip :) We’ll try it out, see what works, drink some great wine, eat well and I’ll collect your feedback after.
The price is simply meant to cover the weekend, not make a profit.
Here’s roughly how the weekend will look.
The exact wineries, restaurants and timing are still being confirmed, so this is the general shape of the weekend rather than a minute-by-minute plan.
Arrive, settle in & dinner nearby
From 16:00 Check-in is open at the private apartments in Randersacker if you want to make your own way there earlier.
Around 16:00 Group departure from Munich. Exact pickup point will depend on where everyone is coming from.
Würzburg Hbf One coordinated pickup for anyone arriving by train from Berlin or another city.
Evening Dinner together near the accommodation, then an easy first night in wine country.
Vineyard views, two tastings & a long dinner
09:00 Breakfast.
Morning About an hour outside around the Randersacker vineyards for a little movement and some very good autumn views.
Late morning First winery tasting, likely around the Würzburger Stein.
Lunch Somewhere with good food, good wine and a beautiful view.
Afternoon Head toward Frickenhausen for our second winery visit and tasting at Bickel-Stumpf.
Evening A little wander around the village and vineyards, then dinner together.
Slow morning & home
Morning Breakfast and a relaxed start in Randersacker.
Later Head back toward Munich together. For anyone travelling onward by train, we’ll coordinate one Würzburg Hbf drop-off.

Not a packed tour where we’re rushing from one tasting to the next. I want the weekend to feel easy: a little walking, time outside, wineries that are actually worth visiting, and meals we can sit over for a while.

Partners are very welcome. The €550 price is per person and assumes two people sharing a room.
