We’ll taste a mix of wines to help you explore different styles and figure out what you actually enjoy.

Expect things like:

• A fresh, high-acidity white (crisp, zippy, super refreshing)
• A smoother, rounder white (softer, more mellow)
• A light red (easy, fruity, low tannins)
• A bolder red (richer, more structure, more tannin)

All paired with cheeses that completely change how the wines taste.

Because once you try wine with the right cheese… it just clicks.
